Review Eachine E011 Mini

Today I'm trying at the Eachine E011 "Block Drone". This is a small quad that's one other "Inductrix Clone". Flying
Plug within the battery, and the quad LED's give a slow blink. Switch on the distant, and the quad LED's go to a quick blink as they bind, then give steady on as soon as it is ready to fly. Give the quad a blip of throttle, and if the mini-fig will not be loaded, the quad will virtually leap into the air. Without the extra weight of the mini-figure, there is almost not enough down throttle - it's powerful to hover easy because you are a the very bottom end of the throttle vary. Add the little man, or other cargo, and it smooths out. Remember those 716 motors? yea, they have the power! Loaded up, the quad is still very zippy, and climbs comfortable and rapidly. Throttle blips are rewarded with nice hops within the air. Flying is smooth. The quad does have two "price" modes, high and low. the small button below the throttle switches modes - one press offers a double beep for top charges, another press gives one beep for low rates. In low, it moves around smoothly, and speed / tilt / yaw are simple to manage. In High, it get a bit extra spirited. Still easy to regulate, but will preserve newcomers on their toes as it zips round. Experienced pilots will most definitely wish to jump straight to the excessive rates. Overall, the only dangerous habit I discovered with the quad is with the throttle low range. I wish it was a bit smoother on the bottom end, as it appears to chop energy typically when I am descending. And, as talked about earlier than - flying unloaded, it nearly won't hover, on account of this.
Battery life
Battery life is sweet. I used to be consistently getting 6 minutes with the stock battery. One flight, I ran the primary Three-4 minutes with the mini-figure, then the last half with out and acquired a strong 7 minutes flight. Overall, I just like the stock battery, no complaints. I did additionally fly the quad with some Amazon batteries I bought for my Syma X11. These are 380mah packs, with no printed C-rating. Mods
So we've an excellent flying quad, with good battery life, and energy to spare, what to do? How about FPV! I had a EF-01 FPV digital camera that I had used to FPV a small RC car, so I pulled it for the E011. The EF-01 got here with a mounting plate that, as luck would have it, was an actual match for some unused mounting holes on the top of the quad. The fundamental battery plug for the quad was situated so that it was easy to solder on the camera energy lead, so a couple of screws later, I was able to fly FPV!

The EF-01 digicam was very close in weight to the mini-figure, so flying performance was comparable. Unfortunately for me, my camera died before I might fly it more than a few brief flights (the digital camera already had issues from it is car duty days). for positive, although, I will likely be ordering a new camera.
Summary
I've had plenty of enjoyable with this quad. It is an effective flyer, has good battery life, and has loads of power. My kids additionally prefer it - they are going to add Legos to it and construct cockpits and other stuff. The quad can carry a decent amount, however it should run out of energy in about a dozen small blocks. With the ducted props, it simply bounces off of stuff when flying, so small bumps don't robotically mean crashes - which is nice for learning to fly. Overall I really preferred this quad, and give it two thumbs up!
