Today I'm trying on the Eachine E011 "Block Drone". This is a small quad that is one other "Inductrix Clone". The headline function that makes it stand out it the highest plate has building block / Lego attachments! Flying
Plug within the battery, and the quad LED's give a gradual blink. Switch on the distant, and the quad LED's go to a fast blink as they bind, then give regular on as soon as it is ready to fly. Give the quad a blip of throttle, and if the mini-fig is just not loaded, the quad will virtually leap into the air. Without the additional weight of the mini-figure, there may be nearly not enough down throttle - it's tough to hover clean as a result of you're a the very backside end of the throttle range. Overall, the one dangerous habit I found with the quad is with the throttle low vary. I want it was a bit smoother on the bottom finish, because it appears to chop power typically when I am descending. And, as talked about earlier than - flying unloaded, it almost will not hover, on account of this.
Battery life
Battery life is nice. I was constantly getting 6 minutes with the inventory battery. One flight, I ran the first 3-4 minutes with the mini-figure, then the last half without and acquired a solid 7 minutes flight. Overall, I just like the inventory battery, no complaints. I did additionally fly the quad with some Amazon batteries I purchased for my Syma X11. These are 380mah packs, with no printed C-rating. They are solely flying for five minutes, with a noticeable lower in punch. They do fly the quad good, but the inventory battery is better. As a aspect note, Banggood sells a 5-pack of these batteries, with a multi-pack charger, for about $16.
Mods
So we've got a fantastic flying quad, with good battery life, and energy to spare, what to do? How about FPV! I had a EF-01 FPV digicam that I had used to FPV a small RC automotive, so I pulled it for the E011. The EF-01 came with a mounting plate that, as luck would have it, was a precise match for some unused mounting holes on the highest of the quad. The important battery plug for the quad was positioned in order that it was simple to solder on the digicam power lead, so a number of screws later, I was ready to fly FPV!

The EF-01 camera was very close in weight to the mini-figure, so flying efficiency was similar. Summary
I have had quite a lot of enjoyable with this quad. It is an efficient flyer, has good battery life, and has plenty of energy. My children also like it - they'll add Legos to it and build cockpits and other stuff. The quad can carry a good quantity, however it's going to run out of energy in a few dozen small blocks. With the ducted props, it simply bounces off of stuff when flying, so small bumps don't mechanically mean crashes - which is sweet for studying to fly. Overall I really liked this quad, and provides it two thumbs up!
