Review Eachine E011 Mini
Banggood.com
Today I am looking at the Eachine E011 "Block Drone". This is a small quad that is another "Inductrix Clone". The headline feature that makes it stand out it the top plate has building block / Lego attachments! Also, it comes with a lego-ish mini-figure, that gets to ride the quad like a skateboard. Fun, proper? Well, let's get into this overview, and see if this is "just one other clone" or if it could stand out...
Flying
Plug in the battery, and the quad LED's give a gradual blink. Switch on the remote, and the quad LED's go to a fast blink as they bind, then give steady on once it is able to fly. Give the quad a blip of throttle, and if the mini-fig shouldn't be loaded, the quad will virtually leap into the air. Without the extra weight of the mini-figure, there may be almost not enough down throttle - it's robust to hover smooth as a result of you are a the very bottom finish of the throttle range. Add the little man, or other cargo, and it smooths out. Remember those 716 motors? yea, they have the ability! Loaded up, the quad is still very zippy, and climbs glad and rapidly. Throttle blips are rewarded with nice hops within the air. Flying is easy. The quad does have two "rate" modes, low and high. the small button under the throttle switches modes - one press gives a double beep for prime charges, another press offers one beep for low charges. In low, it strikes around easily, and pace / tilt / yaw are simple to handle. In High, it get a bit extra spirited. Still straightforward to manage, however will hold newcomers on their toes as it zips around. Experienced pilots will almost definitely wish to jump straight to the excessive rates. Overall, the one unhealthy behavior I found with the quad is with the throttle low range. I want it was a bit smoother on the underside end, because it seems to chop power often when I am descending. And, as talked about earlier than - flying unloaded, it almost will not hover, because of this.

Battery life
Battery life is sweet. I used to be constantly getting 6 minutes with the stock battery. One flight, I ran the primary Three-Four minutes with the mini-figure, then the last half with out and got a solid 7 minutes flight. Overall, I just like the stock battery, no complaints. I did additionally fly the quad with some Amazon batteries I bought for my Syma X11. These are 380mah packs, with no printed C-rating. They are only flying for 5 minutes, with a noticeable decrease in punch. They do fly the quad good, however the inventory battery is best. As a side note, Banggood sells a 5-pack of those batteries, with a multi-pack charger, for about $16.
Mods
So we have an amazing flying quad, with good battery life, and power to spare, what to do? How about FPV! I had a EF-01 FPV digital camera that I had used to FPV a small RC automotive, so I pulled it for the E011. The EF-01 got here with a mounting plate that, as luck would have it, was an actual fit for some unused mounting holes on the top of the quad. The most important battery plug for the quad was positioned in order that it was straightforward to solder on the digital camera power lead, so a number of screws later, I used to be ready to fly FPV!
Camera power wires soldered to the back side of the quad's battery plug
The EF-01 digicam was very shut in weight to the mini-figure, so flying performance was comparable. Unfortunately for me, my digital camera died earlier than I might fly it more than a few quick flights (the camera already had issues from it is automobile responsibility days). for positive, though, I will probably be ordering a brand new digicam.
Summary
I have had a number of fun with this quad. It is an effective flyer, has good battery life, and has plenty of power. My kids additionally prefer it - they will add Legos to it and construct cockpits and different stuff. The quad can raise a decent amount, however it is going to run out of energy in a couple of dozen small blocks. With the ducted props, it simply bounces off of stuff when flying, so small bumps do not automatically mean crashes - which is sweet for studying to fly. Overall I really appreciated this quad, and provides it two thumbs up!

Franchement, avec son Lego collé dessus, le Eachine E011 ne m'inspirait pas confiance
Je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'un E10 avec en plus un jouet pour les gosses
J'avais tout faux! J'aime...
